St Michael & All Angels, is a grade II* listed building which was consecrated on 4th December 1937 to the design by the Architect Catchmaille-Day. It is a unique in that from a bird's eye view it is in the shape of a star (two inlerlocking squares). The other striking features are the impressive stained glass east windows and the chandelier.
It is the parish church in the urban community of Northern Moor, Manchester. The church has a mixed congregation of very friendly and welcoming people. The tradition is middle anglican with a robed choir and a mixture of traditional and modern styles of music. The main Sunday service is a 9.30am. Everyone is welcome to join us.
At the end of worship on Sundays we celebrate events in the lives of our congregation and catch up with the week's news, whilst sharing in refreshments in the Community Hall.
