A traditional service with carols and readings by candlelight for all the family  [about an hour long]. Refreshments will be served afterwards.

Christingle
Christingles are oranges which have a candle and fruit placed around them symbolising God's world, the light of Christ and the fruits of the earth. This service, suitable for all ages, is a great start to Christmas. [About one hour]

Christmas Eve Eucharist ('Midnight Mass')

Midnight Eucharist is a traditional service for Christmas Eve.
The Eucharist is the central act of worship of the Christian faith. Christians come together to give thanks over bread and wine in remembrance of Jesus' command. Christian's believe that we receive the bread and wine as the Body and Blood of Christ.

Almighty God,
as we prepare with joy
to celebrate the gift of the Christ-child,
embrace the earth with your glory
and be for us a living hope
in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
